Hike4Hospices and Bike4Hospices – sponsored events supporting Sussex hospices.
Hike4Hospices is an organised sponsored walk along 43 miles of the South Downs Way between Lewes and Goodwood. The event is spread over two days and consists of 6 shorter sections and the purpose is to raise money for four Sussex hospices, St Peter & St James, The Martlets, St Barnabas and St Wilfrid’s.

The walk will go from east to west with three legs on Saturday and three legs on Sunday. On Saturday, choose between starts at Lewes, Pyecombe or Devils Dyke. Starting at Lewes Town Hall, the route follows the Southdowns Way to Pyecombe (9 miles). You can finish here or go on to Botolphs to complete the whole 17 miles.
